How long do asphalt repairs last?

Can you repair alligator cracking?
It depends on the extent and cause. Surface-level alligator cracking can be addressed with saw-cut patching or infrared repair. Alligator cracking caused by base failure requires removal of the failed area, base correction, and new asphalt — essentially a deep patch. We assess each area on-site and give you an honest recommendation.
